Alina Cibicki

Alina is an assistant coach and dedicated nurse with 8 years of variety experience and is currently working in the emergency department setting.  Along with her nursing degree, she holds bachelor’s degrees in Community Health and Exercise Science and has a deep passion for health and wellness, which extends into her personal and professional life.

In addition to her nursing career, Alina has a strong background in fitness, from running half marathons (and one full), to a few years of CrossFit, with some group exercise instruction and competitive swimming mixed in, she's done many different types of body movement, and has enjoyed them all. Her commitment to health also led her to become a coach at Forge Physio, where she works closely with Cy, the same practitioner who helped her overcome 8 years of chronic back pain.

When she's not working, Alina loves training her two Belgian Malinois, Flo and Chief, and traveling the world and eating good food with her husband, Bryce. Having been on both sides of the healing process, Alina is excited to use her unique blend of healthcare and personal experience to help others regain control of their bodies and minds, and lead active, pain-free lives.
